Behind the Brand: How Fillers Anonymous Became a Movement

What started as a cheeky merch idea became a full-blown movement for injectors who wanted to blend humor, honesty, and community. The idea hit me while teaching a lip filler training: I joked that some of us needed a 12-step program for our filler obsession, and everyone laughed but it stuck.

 

The Birth of a Brand Identity

Fillers Anonymous quickly evolved into a brand identity. It captured what we all felt about celebrities and our own patients not being transparent about their cosmetic procedures.  With phrases like “how will they know” and “my husband can’t know I’m here”- a phrase we have probably heard 1000 times.  The brand completely took off and made a big splash at aesthetic conferences across the country.  

Merch with Meaning

From hoodies and hats to mugs and memes, FA became a way for injectors to feel seen. And most importantly, it sparked connection. We weren’t alone, we were a community.

Today, Fillers Anonymous is stocked in Medspas, worn proudly by providers, and shared across social media. Whether you're in scrubs or streetwear, wearing FA means you're in the know, and you don't take yourself too seriously.
